Dr. Benatti and Dr. George are experts on workplace wellness, employee burnout prevention, and building a trauma-informed organizational culture. Our model is grounded on providing trauma-informed care education, training, and a sustainability plan for your business, and helping you build an organizational culture that values wellness, productivity, retention, and innovation. 

Being a Psychologist or Therapist is a complex task. When doing this job, it is imperative to have appropriate support. This is why we are committed to providing individual and group professional consultation and supervision. Connection between providers and individuals in training greatly lacks when in private practice, we are here to help improve skills, obtain second opinions, and share the challenges we face as mental health providers. 

We are currently offering a 12-week evidence-based group to decrease workplace stress in telehealth workers. Sessions include research-backed stress management theory, strategies to optimize our nervous system, and strategies to combat burnout. We also use an array of multimedia presentation tools, and an anonymous polling software for in-session feedback and psychologically and emotionally safe interactions. Groups are held via HIPAA compliant virtual platforms. 

Dr. Benatti and Dr. George offer speaking engagements and professional presentations. Topics we are able to provide include: mental health care awareness for businesses, building a trauma-informed culture, child/adolescent development, child-parent relationship, early childhood trauma, mood/anxiety disorders, psychology and technology, self-care (for healthcare workers and other professionals.) We are also able to tailor presentations to fit your specific needs. We have spoken at national and international conferences, schools, mental health awareness platforms, podcasts and guests on news channels. Dr. Benatti has been featured on several news stations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX area, as well as NPR discussing important mental health and workplace wellness topics.
