Dr. Natasha Benatti
Welcome!
I am a Licensed Psychologists serving as a psychotherapist, consultant, supervisor and speaker. I offer telehealth (video) psychotherapy sessions for individuals all over Texas and other states under PSYPACT (42+ states, including Washington, DC.)
In my role as a psychologist, I strive to reduce the stigma related to mental health while helping people lead lives that are fulfilling. I do this through working individually (one-to-one therapy,) leading workshops and providing consultation to healthcare providers, hospitals, and corporate businesses. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed care framework, allowing for safety, trust, transparency, collaboration, and empowering my clients to have a voice and choices in their lives.
In my work, I use an individualized approach and treatment model for each person I encounter. I integrate various tools and techniques that are evidence-based to provide relief and work collaboratively with my clients to reduce symptoms, teach skills, and manage difficult situations overtime.
I also offer strategic consulting, leadership development, and advisory services to organizations operating in high-pressure, complex environments. I partner with executive teams, healthcare systems, and corporate organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve team dynamics, and address burnout, performance, and organizational stress.
My consulting work is grounded in evidence-based psychology and a trauma-informed framework, bringing a deep understanding of human behavior, systems, and culture to organizational challenges. I help leaders and teams navigate change, make sound decisions under pressure, and build sustainable practices that support both performance and well-being.
I consult on leadership development, burnout prevention, organizational culture, communication and conflict, and psychologically informed workplace practices. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored—designed to meet the specific needs of each organization rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions.
Clients value my ability to translate psychological science into clear, actionable strategies that align with organizational goals. My work supports leaders and teams in building clarity, resilience, and effectiveness while fostering environments where people and organizations can perform at their best.
